As a solids control equipment of the second stage in drilling operation, Desander is used to remove harmful solid particles of 40-74µm. Suspended particles can be separated from the fluid under the centrifugal acceleration, by use operating principle of centrifugal settling. Two types of desanders are available now: JXJ300กม2 and JXJ300กม1.
The former applies to over 3000-meter-long drilling rig and the latter applies to small drilling rig of less than 3000 meters and service rig. |
